Help Desk Support

MHRIC-trained Help Desk personnel provide subscribing districts with telephone support, as well as diagnosis and problem resolution, to ensure maximum productivity and minimum downtime for computer networks.

The Help Desk provides:

  • Assistance from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
  • Telephone support.
  • Technical support on MHRIC-installed hardware and applications.
  • Training for a district-designated systems operator.
