Financial Services Department
The Financial Services Division provides services to assist school districts with the processing of financial and administrative information. We research applications and appropriate technology, select regional standards, and offer planning, training and on-going support. Services are developed and customized with the primary focus of the needs of school district Business Office staff.
We also offer a variety of accounting and payroll services to meet the diverse needs of school districts in the Mid-Hudson Valley.
Districts wishing to subscribe to financial services should contact the MHRIC to schedule a software demonstration and project overview.
At this time, MHRIC professionals will schedule a site survey conducted by MHRIC staff. They will discuss implementation options and determine timelines, hardware requirements, software configuration and operational workflow.
Software supported includes Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources, Negotiations, Budget, Remote Requistion, Accounts Receivable, Timepiece and Tax Collection.

Application Training Services
The Application Training Service provides services to assist school districts in making informed choices on how technology can best be utilized and integrated in their districts. This service offers valuable information, training, and support for a variety of technological solutions. Office Automation training and support serves as a basis for technology awareness and computer literacy for all district staff.
